Academic requirements​

The applicant must have passed the Higher Secondary Education Board Exam of any state (i.e. GSHEB for Gujarat)/ Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE)/ Indian Council of Secondary Examination (ICSE) or its equivalent under 10+2 pattern with minimum 60%.

It is minimum 60% for CBSE/ICS and mentioned state boards but minimum 65% for other state boards including Gujarat.

English requirements​

Standard (3 semesters – 12 months)

IELTS (Academic)

6.0 overall with a minimum 6.0 in writing

TOFEL- iBT

72 with 21 in writing

Academic English (UTS College)

AEL4 with pass grade

Pearson Test of English PTE (Academic)

Overall 54, with a minimum of 54 for speaking, listening, reading and writing

If you have successfully completed no less than the equivalent of one year full-time study of a UTS-recognised, government-accredited, public or private secondary/post-secondary course that is taught in English equivalent to the level of Australian Year 12 or higher, you can satisfy the UTS College English language requirement by providing an official document from your institution on the institution letterhead certifying that the medium of instruction for your qualification was English.
